The Maid's Day On
Author(s):
Leo W. Sears
Successful screenwriter Tom Prentice is living the great life with much younger starlet Sheryl Singer, who seems to be using Tom more than caring about him. Sheryl's skills are not in housecleaning, and once Tom starts writing, he get totally engrossed, so Tom's agent Lucas convinces Tom that he needs a maid. Tom has a blockbuster deal on his next script, but there is a non-disclosure clause until the deal is sealed. The maid Tom is sent by the agency turns out to be Rebecca Darnell, a reporter for a gossip mag who is trying to get dirt on Tom and find out what his blockbuster script is all about. But, among all this a romance sprouts up between Rebecca and Tom. Romance, confusion and mistaken identity mix together for a comedy cocktail.
